Experts
believe that men should not drink more than 21 units a week. Women should not
drink more than 14 units per week. How many are you drinking?
A
pint of ordinary strength beer = 2 units
A single measure of spirits = 1 unit
A glass of wine = 1 unit
A bottle of Budweiser or similar = 1.6 units
A bottle of WKD = 1.8 units
A Barcardi Breezer or similar = 1.5 units
Drinking
more than 21 units a week for a woman and 35 units for a man puts you at a much
greater risk of Liver Damage, Heart Disease, Brain Damage. In terms of physical
damage to the body and mind, excessive use of alcohol can be more dangerous
then the limited use of Heroin.
Strangely

unless it is given on a doctors advice in a medical emergency.
